1. About SADAF Foundation

SADAF Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Our mission is to use artificial intelligence to accelerate all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

2. Use of This Website

• This website is for informational and donation purposes only.
• You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, to spread misinformation, or to impersonate SADAF Foundation.
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of this website at any time.

3. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable unless there is a demonstrable processing error. We are not responsible for transactions declined by your bank or payment provider. Zakat donations are held in a separate Sharia-compliant restricted account and disbursed only to eligible recipients.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on sadaffoundation.com — including text, images, logos, and program descriptions — is the property of SADAF Foundation or its licensed partners. The SADAF Foundation name, logo, and “صدف” mark are protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
